Is being in Yahoo local driving any additional leads your way or is it too soon to tell?

Haven't noticed any significant referrals from Yahoo! Local in my stats.

Yes. Ylocal results occupy top search postion on traditional serps for explicitly local queries and cats are being crawled and indexed in google. Therefore, even without significant destination value, ylocal is already proving to have important distribution value.

I'm in the Google Local pages and have seen a few leads come in over the past 6 months, but have yet to join Yahoo Local. But will soon. Any recommendations on basic or enhanced listing?

Start with the basic. Use onsite optimization tactics. Enrich with reviews and ratings (always thinking about optimization).
See how it ranks.
In our world, being pulled into the top three listings on a traditional y serp is the goal.
Enhance if necessary.

It's worth noting that in terms of "click-through" and viewing detailed business data, the results I have seen from YLocal on clients have been fantastic. That obviously doesn’t directly translate to leads, but it is an indicator.
I suspect as Ylocal gets more businesses with rich information these numbers will decrease, but right now it's a great marketing vehicle for no cost.
