Google Inc.'s right to use the name "Froogle" for its online shopping service came into question Friday when an arbitration panel rejected the company's challenge of a Web site named Froogles.com.

And don't forget the Googles versus Google trademark infringement suit, filed earlier this month.

Several other products/services have "Googles" registered with the USPTO. Simply run a search for the term. (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=hkqibn.1.1)

Here's the registration by the company suing Google. (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=hkqibn.2.9) It's been registered since 1997.
