I noticed the other day that ads are displayed first in the HTML - not just the top ads, but all ads come before the organic listings in the code.
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if/when it changed?
Could this be an indication of Google's intent to move to CPI pricing? or just better impression measurement?
