I just found out that Askjeeves are capable of following links in a full flash site. Ask has surprisingly indexed flash links.

The engines have actually had this capability for many years now. I've never really paid much attention to whether they were using it or not.
I'd personally still recommend an alternative form of navigation to go along with any flash links...just in case! :)
