Is it essential to submit the inner pages also to yahoo directory inorder to get high rankings?
Yahoo directory has no impact on organic rankings.
One thing that bugs me though is that Yahoo will occasionally replace a good organic SERP with the directory title and description which are generally not as good as the spidered result.
