Best SEO Contractor time managment software?

Hi,

I'm just curious if any SEO contractors out there use online time and project management software?

I'm looking for something online where I can set different rates for different clients, a mixture of fixed price billing contracts and hourly billing contracts etc...

Has anyone come across anything?
