I have a home page with about 60 direct page links. These makeup about 60% of page links on the site. Another "master page contains the the total 100 page links (or close to it)
Also, for the users convenience, I have approx 8 pages of "grouped links" of related, similiar interest items.
I would like to place these 'grouped link' pages on the main index as well, but if I do so some the links contained in the "groups" will also be repeated as individaul links on the index page.
Is it dangerous to place links from the home page this way? If it could be considered excessive and only for reasons of "optimizing" pages could there realistically be a penalty?
