I am have been managing my own SEM campaigns (approx. 2000 keywords) over the last few years. I am looking for someone else to take over this initiative as well as spend some effort in natural search optimizer.

Any thoughts or advice or what to look for and what to budget for?

Willy,

I would urge you to look around the forums and find members who you consistently believe to be excellent posters with vast knowledge and PM them. The method of posting a request invites many who might have little experience or reputation to make proposals, while the other puts the power in your hands.
