I create a new meta job search engine.
Kindly give me your advice.

Well it's all affiliate links and Adsense really. There seems to be an issue with job links popping up homepages instead of the job page itself. It's not particularly functional either (not enough options for search).
To be perfectly honest, the job search industry doesn't need another Meta search engine. Search functions are fundamentally flawed at indexing and sorting qualitative data, which job adverts and conversely CV / resumes tend to (and need to) be.
I seriously doubt Google could come up with a functional and relevant job engine, so the chances of anyone else doing it are slim.
Meta engines try to be all things to all people and that may be very well for certain industries, but it's next to no use when job hunting. Regional and / or subject specific job boards are the way forward IMO - they can index and categorise information by relevance, which is important in this field.
From a pure SEO / business point of veiw, potentially you could run it as a method of generating income, but as someone who runs a career advice website, I wouldn't recommend it to any of my visitors.

The I also got a Pop over ad which dropped in front of me....
Job listings did come up though....
Needs a little less ads, a little more work on the template and alot of marketing if you wanted to really push it...
