Changing Domain Name - Suggestions???

Hello,

We are changing our domain. Now, there is a domain name redirect available for the homepage.

What about the all the links, directories etc?? We have sold/ given away ebooks with our links and affiliate links. There must be atleasst 100 links.

What is the easiest way to redirect these links other?? Is there any way other than setting up a redirect link to each and every link???

Any impact on search engine ranking???
