Does anyone have a list of free submit targeted directories that are themed and not just general everything directories?

Relevancy, there are way to many niche markets t have anything comprehensive. ODP may because of the abundance of categories but quite frankly, most of the directories out there nowadays don't meet ODP inclusion requirements - especially "no empty categories."

It's easy enough to take your keyword list for any niche and do a search at the engines for "directory + keyword phrase" or add url + or submit - you get the idea.

Your best resource for a search like this is probably going to be Search Engine Guide (http://www.searchengineguide.com) or the Internet Search Engine Database (http://www.isedb.com). Both have very large directories of vertical search engines and directories.
