How to reach Google

I'm representing the University of Bergen (Norway) tech. tranfer organisation. We have a new approach to text mining and navigation that should be of interest to Google. However, like all other big organisations they seem impossible to get into for outsiders. Does anyone here know of someone in the technical branch of the company that I could contact?
