anuj, there's really no way to tell now, since Google doesn't have the same monthly crawls and updates that they used to. It appears to be going on in a pretty continuous manner, almost seeming to be at random, and is virtually transparent to us.
About once a month or so they update what we're able to see for Toolbar Page Rank and backlinks, but more than likely that's already happened without us being able to see it, and at that point the positioning in the SERPs has already been reflected by the time we're allowed to see it.
