Hiring SEM and SEO folks

We're currently looking to hire someone to be responsible for our SEM and SEO. We've basically grown to the level where this is now a full time (internal) role.

This is an internal position, so we're not looking to hire an SEM firm or agency.

Do you have any recommendations on where to post the job, how to go about hiring or any other tips on finding and hiring SEM/SEO staff.

Any places where you might have had good luck, or recruitment methods that have worked.
