I have a large directory driven website with a PR5 homepage. The rest of the pages are PR2 and PR0. What happened to my content pages??? Why the low PR??
Any Ideas?

Base on my personal experience, try to have the same PR on the entire site is not easy, especially if the site is dynamic. But, they are some factors that can have an effect on it:
Is your site Dynamic?
Have you optimized your home page only?
What about content on the internal pages?
