I found a keyword phrase niche I could dominate, and went to work. My site has been #1 for over a year on both. I do a little Adwords advertising of my site. The site gets about 300 engine referrals/day.

I know this is a fairly wide-open question. I'm asking for ballpark figures. I make about $350/month via advertising on the site. Most is a banner I run for an advertiser, the rest is Adsense.

Here's some links for evaluating the value of links you could sell on your site.

I'm sure there are also sites out there where you could get a evaluation of what the resale value of the site itself is worth. Maybe there's links at the two URL's above, don't know.
