CPC - ROI Reports

Does anyone have a sample CPC/ROI report I could look at as an model for a report I need to develop for a client. I have a client that uses CPC
on Google and Yahoo for their ecommerce site and I would like to do an analysis for them.

Also, what type of data do I need to produce this report and where would I access this data (Yahoo Merchant reports?, etc) As you can tell, I am new at producing this type of analysis and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using Google or Yahoo PPC they both have tracking programs that will help generate these reports.

You can also opt for a third party solution.

When you run the reports they are formatted in such a way that you can use them as reports.
