More Confusion !!!!

I dont understand....looks like something going on at Google.... in the past couple of days..I have seen my no. of index pages in google go from 310 to 318 to 332...then stabilising on 332 for couple of days...and now its gone down to 302....

I am not even ranked for my own company name... I mean... couple of days ago for the company name it was ranked 2.... now can see it in the top 20...


Around 3-4 weeks ago we suddenly lost our PageRank...went from 4 to 0... since then...we've waited for sometime thinking it could be google messing around... but cant see any improvement...then... but our position on SERP for couple of keywords were not changed... however now it seems to be changing... i mean changing the wrong way.... Should have got better...but seems to be getting worse...

We have sent a mail to Google support... the only response we got was...to check the google guideline... Well that does not say much..I mean as to what's causing our site to be dragged into oblivion...by Google...seems that google is penalising us for some thing...but what...???? :confused:

ANybody came across same problems...or any ideas/suggestion/advice will be much appreciated.

Here are some questions for you.
Are you using repetive anchor text for IBLs with your domain name?
Do you use a lot of Run of Site ads?
Are all of your IBLs pointing to your Homepage, but none to any other pages?
Are you employing any 302 redirects on your site to your homepage?
Is anyone using a 302 redirect from their site to your site?
Is your homepage still cached? In the index?
Can you honestly say that you haven't tried to do anything a little black hat? Just asking:)
