You might do well to list some of the specifics of the job in order to entice the better talent here at SEW. You're probably also going to want to look at much more than resumes, as a Harvard Business Degree won't help much if the individual doesn't know how to get backlinks :)

The position is entry level and training will be given. Salary TBD and general knowledge in web design Html PHP and ASP are good to start.

The reason I left the posting so "bare" was because it is very hard to find local people in Toronto that can or are willing to be trained in this field.

Since this is an in-house job training will be provided an interviews will be done in the office, those qualified from the resumes will be contacted to see how much understanding they have.

Lets just say, if ppl from Toronto are already reading at SEW thats a great start :)
