Google Mini Specification

I'm currently looking for some Google-Mini informations:

* Users Feedback: Does somebody buy/test it?
* Technical specifications: OS, Processor, Memory, Disk, ...

I currently don't find anything on these issues on the web.
Does somebody has this kind of informations?

I can't find where I read that Google uses SleepyCat for its database... So I could be wrong about that, but since Google has a tendency to use "open" software a lot...
