I've seen plenty of Google gripes, from Webmasterworld to kingdom come. Most of them seem to be Google-haters looking for an excuse to complain.

But I have a real complaint/gripe today. Several Google SERPS, when I perform a search for certain keywords, rank certain pages highly. The problem is that those pages contain negative, private, and inflammatory material that my company and I do not think should be ranked so highly. We understand, however, that is the game and accept it. But NOT when those pages DO NOT exist any longer.

According to Google their excuse is those pages will "fade out" - yet they can quickly remove certain inflammatory pages from their SERPS - especially stuff about them. But none of this is my gripe.

My gripe is, when I called Google and asked about recourse and who to direct my inquiry to, I'm told that for these circumstances, I must fill out their online form because they have no live-person department to help. That makes me mad!

At last check, Google is at $225/share and climbing - oh and they had a knock out quarter - yet they can't hire a department of CS for $8/hr to at least nurse me for a little bit and promise to look into it? That makes me mad. Google is supposed to be all public now - big and rich. What gives? They can't formulate a world-class customer service department?

Google sucks. A bunch of scrouges.
