I am researching this company for a client, and am trying to determine the validity of the service. I see that the sponsor sites rank very high in the listings(Google specifically), however some of the practices seem odd. For example, this page:

High density of keywords in this alternate domain name(which is not the original domain of the site), then the page itself is a big screenshot linked to the actual site. The code is loaded with keywords and all sorts of other things I haven't even figured out yet. What is the deal with this? Is this safe, or as shady as it looks?
