Since watching Google's each and every move is of interest to many people...
Word late Friday that they filed an 8-K report with the SEC. This document alerts the public to an amendment to their articles of incorporation.
From the doc, "Google’s Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation implements certain changes with respect to Google’s dual class common stock structure and provides for certain corporate governance requirements that will be applicable to Google once it become a public company."
