Hello All,

Hope all is going good!

Quick question - in any moderator or seo's experience, how can one go about removing a website from the Google Rankings, which violates most of what Google prides itself on.

The website uses our company name illegaly, and also had information which is full of lies, incorrect and used merely to bash the company at hand. I was thinking of emailing help@google.com and showing them the website at hand and the harm it is doing and how it violates Google's SEO standards..

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks
Critter

If they are making illegal use of your name, you might have luck filing a complaint with Google here:

Is this a SPAMMING Web site?
If yes, just go here: http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html
