Perhaps this has been answered, if so please point me to the thread or related information. Thanks
You own a marketing company.
A client hires you to provide PPC services.
They explain their services, benefits, features and so on.
You generate the creatives and conduct PPC campaigns
Later, the FTC steps in and takes down the client "Fraudulent/deceptive Advertising".
To what level is the Marketing company liable?
What prudents steps should be taken to protect yourself and the company?
Apply this same scenario to an individual who is employed as an SEM for a company. What happens to him/her if the company gets sued?
Your input is greatly appreciated.
