SEO Specialist/Link Manager
Edmunds.com, the leading Internet resource for automotive content is seeking a SEO Specialist /Link Manager to assist with the implementation and management of the companywide SEO initiative. This position’s main focus will be establishing and managing the company’s SEO link strategy, but other SEO duties will also be assigned. This position will report to the Director of Search Engine Optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, maintain and report on companies link strategy and link popularity campaigns
• Research, identify and establish link partners with authoritative web sites within the automotive category
• Work collectively with the Senior SEO Manager on SEO strategy and implementation, optimizing various site components (site structure, page construction, content, keyword research and SEO copywriting)
• Work collectively with Senior SEO Manager with various technology and content groups to implement SEO strategy and tactics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of SEO experience
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Must be knowledgeable about HTML, JavaScript, CSS and server administration with Unix/Java/Apache environment a plus
