Tool which uses the Yahoo! API to find co occuring backlinks.
you enter up to 10 URLs in (dont forget to do the whole http://www. part) and where the backlinks overlap between 2 or more sites it returns in the search results.
the tool is open sourced with lots of ways it could still be improved. anyone can host it or grab the source code here:
http://tools.seobook.com/hub-finder/index.txt
and improve upon it (the file name needs to be changed from index.txt to index.php).
more details about it here:

my friend Andy Hagans was one of the first people to host it on his site. you can try it out here:
http://www.andyhagans.com/tools/hubfinder/
I do not know how to program yet, but if you have suggested upgrades I can add them to the list of other upgrade ideas. if I learn programming or find a programming friend who has time to work on it I can try to get features added to it.
right now it does not have much bells and whistles, but it is fast and free.
