Google - Latent Semantic Indexing

ok.... latest i've heard is that Google has changed their algo a bit... Its now using Latent semantic indexing, and some sort of Natural keyword occurence filter... :confused: :o :(

Has anyone else come across these suggestions/articles/post...

Does anyone have some sort of simple definition/explanation of these...

Ok..am off looking for information on these...will let you know what i come across...
