Factors that must be considered in Site Analysis

I'm a newbie to SEW. I guess this is a basic question.I'd be happy if anyone help me out in listing out the factors that must be considered in Site Analysis of a particular website.

You need to divide your analysis into the two major areas: on page and off page factors.

You should be able to find check lists for each.
