mismatch

Apologies if something similar has been posted previously. When I do a search on google using the title of my home page, I am ranked 30. If I go to http://www.googlerankings.com, enter the title of my home page, enter my url and hit what's my rank, my rank comes up as 5. As someone new to this, it is very puzzling.
