For some reason, Firefox occasionally will show me the code of some of our forum threads, rather than rendering the code into a marked-up display version. Anyone else having this problem?

Never had an issue here with Firefox.

Do you have any extra plugins installed?

I have never seen that on SEW and am a big fan of FireFox / use it all the time.

I have had the browser crash a few times on other sites and at one point in time had something screwy going on while opening up PDFs but I have not experienced the problem you are mentioning or only experienced it an exceptionally long time ago very few times.

Thanks, folks -- it may be just me. I have only two plug-ins going. Restarting the browser cleared the problem, and it hasn't come back. Fingers-crossed.

I've seen that happen on a number of sites with no pattern that I can discern. I think it's just an intermittent Firefox bug.

Speaking of Firefox rendering - if possible, can you make the post containers here dynamic widths? They stretch off the page when images are disabled in Firefox.

Just to point out that Firefox 1.0.1 has been released, but that you'll apparently need to uninstall 1.0 to correctly install 1.0.1.
