Are you talking about the ability of your site to convert your traffic - are you talking about converting PPC traffic, etc.
We would need to know what conversion you are asking about.

Mark
Glass houses, stones etc
but after a quick look at your site, have a good look at the spelling and wording, you need to have nothing to make people hesitate, so spelling mistakes you can do without...

Here are a few changes I think you should make:
The Ill in the headline should be I'll
because i can show you...
should be
because I can show you...
spent tones of money,
should be
spent tons of money,
"anatomy" off off
should be
"anatomy" off
Have a look at all the i's where they should be I

Mark,
I rely on spell checkers too, but they have their limitations.
to, too, two , there their, are all correct spellings but each word has a different meaning, and you have to learn these differences. So a spell checker can tell you all words are spelled correctly, but in fact you used the wrong word. Educated users will pick that out quickly, and many will judge the quality of your site based on that.
When were looking at our own work it is often easy to overlook the obvious.

Spelling mistakes aside, I think the biggest problem with your site is that, well, it's not really a site -- it's simply one very long page that requires tons of scrolling to get through.
I suggest breaking all the content up into a series of smaller sections (i.e. Daily Lessons, Testimonials, etc) so that the site is more orgainzed and navigable.
As it stands right now, there's absolutely no call to action for the user -- so it's not surprising that you're having conversion issues. At a minimum, you should move the "Purchase" button much closer to the top of the page.

I tend to agree with Peter, although this site falls into the general template of these type of e-book sites, presumably because they work, so we can't say it is wrong without knowing a little more.
I would be interested, and I think it would be helpful for others if Mark told us how he marketed the site, what the traffic is and what his conversion rate currently is.

This style does seem to be very popular for the fast to sell products. But look at the real good ones and you will find a lot of call to actions interspersed throughout the single page... and some lead to one or two other selling pages that are more specific.

thanks guy's,
This is really helping me. Could you explain what exactly a "call to action" is and perhaps give me an example of one?
I presume it is simply telling the customer to buy now? But an example would be nice.

It is the copy that gets the visitor do what the site is trying to get done - give an email address, buy a product.

Are you sure you want to compete with Ken Evoy in the self-perpetuating business market business?
I don't agree that these sites work very well at all. They are filled with marketing hype, nothing substantive, and the products are usually not worth having. Evoy's program is built around his eBooks, which tell his visitors they'll make tons of money by joining his affiliate program so they can sell his eBooks, which tell THEIR visitors to join his affiliate program to sell his eBooks....
To help all these wannabe millionnaires achieve their goals, Mr. Evoy conveniently offers to sell them Web hosting services and marketing tools. I don't know if they can, in turn, offer those resources to the people they recruit into the program.
Anyway, just glancing at your site, it doesn't look nearly as slick and professional Evoy's site. I would say you are coming to the game with a disadvantage.
You might try one-upping Ken by being less vague about what is really involved and more to-the-point. Evoy is getting rich (or claims he is) so the system works at least that much.
You may also need to recruit a few star affiliates. Those would be your top performers, the ones you'll showcase to everyone else, telling those people how you cut five-figure checks to "some" affiliates, thus allowing them to believe that they, too, can get big commission checks (Ken is careful to say, I should add, that the checks vary from month to month).
You may also want to throw in more pictures showing well-dressed people with big, heart-felt smiles on their faces. Maybe a couple of guys in suits throwing wads of cash up into the air.
If all else fails, throw in some vague testimonials:
"I think this is the best thing ever!" -- D. Stevens, Montana
"Unbelievable! All my friends want to know how I manage to make so much money!" -- Molly Q., New Hampshire
Oh, wait. You did that already. Sorry. I just had to scroll a little further down the page to see that.
Oh well, maybe you're miles ahead of me in this game.

I would love to join that millionaire set but I fgure that comes from taking real accounts to the serious multimillion dollar level.
I seem to be working the 700k a month PPC advertsing to the right number... but to dampen it down to a 700 a month and do the same would be hard... I would sooner sell an ebook and let the indicidual use the things I have learned in a lesser account.
