It looks to me like Search engine access is going to be segmenting into 2 categories - 1 - Destination/portal sites and 2- toolbars/desktop apps. I think we are about to see a real shift into toolbars/desktop apps where eventually they will garner a large minority share of searches on the net. Maybe even approaching 30 or 40% in the next few years. Just my opinion.
