I'm kind of happy to see they are asking for bank routing #'s for direct deposit. I know that's been bandied about for the better part of the last year for Adsense publishers.

Just wanted to clarify that the Google referral program is currently US only:

For now, we're only accepting sites from within the U.S., and we're only paying referral fees with checks in U.S. dollars.

So it is not an open program even in US... funny thing is it is such a small referral... hey in Europe that still have agency commissions little more than $20.
