Yahoo compared to the new MSN

Hi all, I often hear people claim that their pages of do very well in both MSN (beta) and Yahoo. For some reason I see a little different story for my 3 main keyphrases:

Key 1 - #1 on both MSN and Yahoo

However for
Key 2 - #4 on MSN and #94 on Yahoo
Key 3 - #7 on MSN and #166 on Yahoo

Can someone offer some insight as to what is difference between the 2 algorithms that could cause for such a large difference for Keys 2 and 3?

MSN has pretty much indexed the whole site...yahoo just a dozen or so pages
