Any info on 'Premier listings' (featured Sponsor) on Ask Jeeves? Good or bad ROI?

Does anyone know the viability of the Premier listings (featured sponsors) program on AJ in terms of conversion rates? Is the AJ network free of fraudulent clicks? Does AJ have quality Network partners? What kind of converson rate should you expect? How would this specific program campare to google adwords or overture? Would it be wise for a merchant in dire need of an instant return to try this program?

Like everone else they are subject to click fraud but they are more conducive to crediting the numbers.
As far as conversion I have not had as good of numbers as other engines but they are still worth taking and the volume is on the high end of the second tiers.
