I'm looking for some recent stats on search engine usage in a number of European countries. SEW has this from October 2003 (http://searchenginewatch.com/reports/article.php/2156441).
Anyone have anything more recent? Or Danny, could you bring this up-to-date?
Cheers
Adam

Adam, could you be more specific in terms of countries because the question you pose is rather broad?
As a general rule, it continues to be true that Google dominates, as you can see from the thread here -The Google Domination Factor (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?t=279) which remains largely true.
There are plenty of people here who can help you with this but you would get more quality information by specifying. :)

Thanks Andy,
I suppose I should also state that I'm interested in leading portals in each case as well (for example in the UK we have Wanadoo [previously Freeserve] which attracts notable traffic, with results provided by OV and Yahoo I think).
Countries include the following:
Netherlands
Germany
Italy
France
Spain
Switzerland
Norway
Finland
Denmark

I'll see if I can't get some updated stats up shortly :)
