How do I notify search engines of a site rip-off?

I have recently become the victim of a site rip-off. The host is taking their time about removing the site, so I'm wondering what I can do to prevent it from appearing in the search engines. There must be some way you can contact them and let them know the one site is a rip...? Most of all, I want to prevent my own original site from being adversely affected in the search engine rankings.

But I think the site already has to be listed in Google fro that to help.
