Does the page views that the toolbar reports to Google effect the PageRank? That is, if a page is viewed many times and the toolbar reports all these people viewing it to Google, does Google consider that page "more important"? What does Google do with this activity data? Most PageRank writeups only take about links, not about this activity data that Google is collecting.

Only data that is sent back to google from the Google toolbar is the pagerank request for a corresponding URL you are browsing, You can turn that feature off,

I think google uses browsing data for research purposes, I dont see it used anywhere in google's search engine algorithm,
