Overture Account Offline?

Did anyone else have their Overture account taken offline yesterday or over the holiday weekend? They are out of the office today, but it seem's other clients are having this issue and we can't get a hold of them. Are they having system issues?

I was told by our platinum rep that their DTC reporting systems are not accurate today and they are working with a skeleton crew. I did not notice any accounts being offline, but I did notice our max bids were blown out.
