Today, I have seen that our website PR moved from 4 to 5.....but after 2 hrs it again moved back to 4.
why is it so?

you are seeing data from different data servers. google reroutes its dns at a rather quick refresh rate so you can see it flop back and forth for a while. they do not update all dataservers at the same time.

whatever one is newer. if you have been working to promote your site a bunch it will likely go up.
it will be whatever one it was not in the past.

WoW Directory was bumped up to PR 7 as well as PR increases for quite a few other directories. We have a lot more PR 7 and 8 directories now then ever before. PR 5 and 6 used to be the norm for most general directories. It’s about time Google starts treating us better!
