New Chinese site to counter Google

Though I doubt a lot of people are venturing into the Chinese market at the moment, the new Yahoo chinese site is up... very interesting mix of local and global results.
And the name:

Just did a little research in a couple of different fields I work with and found a little mix also. Mostly the same as US Yahoo! Search results in my search in the art world and in field of weddings. But, with some global ones in between.

Any time? Ok, here's a question for you if you have experience with the Chinese market. Will a site like http://www.yisou.com/ primarily be for a Mainland or a worldwide Chinese speaking market?

Why do I ask? I'm thinking about a Wedding business that offers destination wedding packages. Would they want to target yisou.com as a place to gather more business or would it be mostly a Mainland Chinese market that would not have the same disposable income or not be traveling as much?

This will end up being available to people with Chinese browsers from what I am getting. Obviously it will go out into mainland China but it is not limited to that area.
It is already being touted here in the US for Chinese audience. And the reach of Chinese language is global.
