According to this CNET news, Time Warner will pay fines of $210 million under an agreement with the U.S. government to settle charges that its AOL unit inflated revenue. This chapter is finally over.
CNET also adds that "Time Warner is also expected to pay about $300 million more to settle charges with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to its buyout of a stake held by Germany's Bertelsmann AG in AOL Europe, a source familiar with the matter said.."
