I have a site placed in Yahoo directory that is about two weeks recent. Keyword-rich title, with the first half of keyphrase in the directory path.
(with second half of phrase repeated once in my title)

-does Google still count Yahoo directory listings for SERP's/ PR?
-MSN?

How much time does msn take to integrate with SERP's?

Google, we'll. They've become timeless haven't they?

newreality: You will get a PR vote from the listing and Google will apply the PR you get from that page to the Ranking weight of the page it is pointed to after the next real PR update. Real PR updates, different from Toolbar PR updates happen about every 30 days and usually when there is a BL Update.

Having said that the Ranking weight of PR has been devalued quite a bit in the last 2 years.

As for the as the anchor text that would be in your link and the link it self counting for Ranking weight they would count just as any other link would.

The value of the PR itself is the same as it would be from any other link, and so is the actual anchor text itself. But a Yahoo listing has value in ways other than just those two factors, as does an ODP listing, so it's a good thing to have.
