I have heard they are looking for partners to help push AdWord marketing into European markets etc. On the high end their optimizers/creative assistants are thin for other languages.
I have heard similar rumours about Adwords and Europe and especially the UK...

I am probably being thick here (brainfog day - apologies) but Aussie webmaster could you please explain the second part of your post. Do you mean their adwords sales staff speak only English by "thin" and what is the "high end" ...Ta

I mean they have very few non-English speakers and subsequently they are looking for solutions to help push into Europe (translation companies etc.)
High end = large spending advertisers
