Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some data or any information about trends in searches in relation to time. For example, is there a certain day of the week or time of the day that users search more often? Are there months that produce heavier traffic than others?

We're dealing in the healthcare industry to be more specific.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I am not sure if they track that sort of data, but www.hitwise.co.uk might be what you are looking for.

not sure how accurate it is, but here is a seasonal keyword research tool

Priority Submit's keyword tool is good for seasonal information on your keywords, but you need to know what you're targeting. PS graphs the keyword search spikes so you can visually see all that information. It's pretty nice.
