Yahoo paths and listing titles

I'm trying to determine how important it that is for the full path, of the targeted search term, to appear in the Yahoo directory path.

What if the site being listed contains the complete targeted phrase, yet the directory path where it is listed only contains the first half of the term.

What gains precedence -- terms in Yahoo path or terms listed in title?
(speaking of higher rankings as a result not only with Yahoo search but MSN/Google as a result)

If I understand you, the search term in the Yahoo directory path you are included in well have no bearing on the SERP's. Even it it did, it would be the same for all in the same Yahoo directory path .
