The very rudest that I did the best job on were very carefully camouflaged so they stayed within the rules.

I got called/told I was an a-hole in a PM but then, it was over @ another SEO forum where I didn't expect much more. The fact it came from a Moderator was a bit worrisome though....

In fact, in the follow up email when I asked for an apology for the use of that phrase, I was also told "I find you to (sic) arrogant egotistical and insulting." Which was nice. I really appreciate irony in all its forms, so particularly enjoyed being called insulting while being insulted. :)

That said, I am a big boy, and I take the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune with a smile and a giggle, and that one incident aside, I have generally found people on forums to be very nice, and my time on them extremely rewarding.
