AFAIK its been around for a few years.

I used to use the above to quickly locate titles, urls etc.

If i recall correctly it's for IE sidebars or for small devices...

Notice the ie in the url.. it's been discussed plenty of times but i'll be damned if i can find a good thread on it lol...
