First if you set the language to Chinese it will go out to all Chinese language browsers... which is a good start for filtering the traffic.
If you choose a country such as China and other Asian countries then yoiu defeinitely get the right people but miss many that live in places where Chinese is not a majority language but has a good number of people searching nonetheless.
